Here at Eagle Cliffs we strive to create a safe and secure environment for students so I am integrating a program in all of the classrooms called, "Safe and Caring Schools". I am continuing to teach weekly lessons in all of the classrooms. This year, I am primarily using a program called "Safe and Caring Schools". This is a great program that teaches ideas and concepts centered around keeping school a safe place for everyone. I am teaching that "safe" means more than just physical safety...but also entails emotional safety. It is important for students to know that they will be treated with kindness and respect at school, and recognize that they should also treat others the same.<br />My goal is to provide you with updates regarding topics that I am teaching in the classrooms. This way, you can reiterate concepts and lessons at home.
